Malcolm Pierce is the pen name of Jayden Woods's editor, book doctor, and close companion.
Like Jayden Woods, Pierce is a novelist and screenwriter. They met at the University of Southern California where they both received BFA's in Writing for Screen and Television. They quickly realized that their writing styles complemented each other very strongly. Woods considers her primary strength to be character development and emotion, whereas Pierce excels at plot structure. Woods and Pierce went to each other constantly to exchange ideas and suggestions. Therefore, Pierce is more than just Woods's editor. He is her confidante from the moment she starts a book to the moment she finishes it.
